How To Access You Web Mail Account

Welcome to the new Gold Cross EMS, Inc. email server. The purpose of this new email server is to provide you with easier access to your accounts and to drastically reduced the amount of junk mail, or spam, that you receive. This email system, called Web Mail, does not use an email client (such as Outlook) to download email onto your computer. Instead, the email stays on the system server and you view it by logging into your account via the Gold Cross web page. This means that you can access your email from any computer, whenever you are.

To log into your web mail account, go to the Gold Cross web site: www.goldcrossems.com and locate the Web Mail information at the bottom left corner.

By clicking on the yellow WEB MAIL LOG-IN bar, you will receive a prompt to log-in. Type your user name and password into the dialog box and click OK. Your user name is your complete email address, for example: yourname@goldcrossems.com

For first time users:. Your password has been reset and you should have received the default password from Ryan Goodson, if you have not, please email him
******** You will need to reset your password the very first time you log-in********

After the dialog box disappears, you will be taken to the Web Mail screen. At this screen you can reset your password, and choose from two different email services. You may choose either, however, SquirrelMail is recommended for ease of use. Click on the SquirrelMail icon to open your email inbox.

You will need to reset your password the very first time you log-in -- you can do this by clicking on the change password link

After clicking on SquirrelMail your inbox will pop up. This inbox is used just like your regular email client. New messages are in bold, click on a message to open it, compose mail by clicking on the "compose" link, place unwanted email in the trash folder, etc.

If you have any webmail questions or concerns please contact or Trinity Web Designs for more information.

After trying the Web Mail service, if you are not happy with it and would like to use an email client (such as Outlook Express) to receive your mail, please contact Trinity Web Designs for further instructions.
